  1. Shipping Methods: We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $70 or more. We use USPS priority mail as our shipping option. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. 

  3. Shipping Time: Once the order is processed, the estimated shipping time will depend on the selected shipping method and the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or carrier delays may affect shipping times.

  4. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all over the United States. If you are outside these regions, please contact us for possible shipping arrangements.

  5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, package weight, destination, and any applicable promotions or discounts. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

  7. Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  8. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  9. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
